2. Supplement Negotiation
First-pass insurance estimates are often too low, omitting code items (like ice shield extensions and valley liners) or under-measuring squares. We write up detailed estimates with photos, submit supplements, and negotiate to ensure your carrier covers what the work actually costs.
Compliance Note: We do not waive, absorb, or pay deductibles, as doing so constitutes insurance fraud under Ohio law. We do, however, offer deductible financing via our partners Foundation & Acorn.
